This part of Andalusia has it all! 320 sunny days per year, swimming pools, great high mountain walks, mild local sea climate (warm in winter, cool in summer), MTB, aquatic sports and cultural sites like the Alhambra and the Picasso museum nearby. And of course: sea and beach life with Christal clear water to the max!

We’ve been dreaming about a second home for many years. Spain was the logical location. That dream came through in 2016 and again in 2018.

Agnes is Spanish and brought up in Barcelona. We currently live in the city center of Amsterdam with our 2 kids (Lisa 12 and Sergi 10). We’ve been spending our holidays in Spain for over 25 years. Experienced we would say.

Agnes works for the local government in Amsterdam. Sander is an entrepreneur with a consulting firm in Amsterdam, a software company in Granada and a biotech company in Arizona, US and a truly fanatic kite surfer and snowboarder. We like outdoor activities and enjoy the silent views given by Sierra Nevada.

Our mission: “Create the holiday dream house with European standards”. This means high-quality furniture, beds and kitchen utensils. Clean. Great views. Beautiful pools, nearby the sea. A place where we could live.

But it also means a real Spanish vibe. Restaurants nearby. A place where our young kids (5 and 7 when we bought it) could play with other kids in de pools, learn Spanish, can enjoy now and will be able to enjoy when they are 18. A place where Agnes feels “at home” and we can visit local markets and cultural sites.

But why keep this treasure to ourselves? It is more fun sharing. Therefore, we welcome you to our houses!
