5 minutes from town, where you leave the beautiful beaches and lively boulevards, you can drive from to village to one of the best: Cabria Beach. The spacious 3-bedroom apartment is front row located 50 meters from the quiet local family beach Cabria. A secret spot with the two best chiringuitos of Almuñecar at your feet. Overlooking dolphins passing by, you can zip your morning coffee at the huge 80 meters front terrace, the 40 meters terrace full of shadow while the (small) kids are playing or just simply walk to the beach in 1 minute. 

The complex has swimming pools, playing fields for the kids, paddle tennis courts and a gym, but as the house is facing the sea you have the luxury to choose depending on your mood: active facilities or a quiet beach.

The neighborhood is nice and Spanish with many children playing around the swimming pools and on the street. The two enormous terraces overlooking the bay and the complex gave the name: “Casa Cabria”. The terraces have sun all day, but also plenty of shade. Much wanted in summer. A gentle breeze from the sea always provides welcome refreshment.

The spacious front terrace is the heart of the house. It has the perfect shady spots on hot days, with a long dining table and a lounge sitting area overlooking the sea. The pools are both a 1-minute walk away and safety cover for young children. The beautiful, grassed areas of the pools always have many free sunbeds and supervised surveillance in the summer. Within 200 meters you walk on a mountain road into the rural area and enjoy mango, avocado and chirimoya plantations. Great mountain biking and hiking! The coastal path towards Almuñecar has breathtaking views over the bay area.

From the launch corner, you can zip away your sangria with a view of the Sierra Nevada and the Mediterranean Sea. The spacious house has no stairs. This makes it very accessible for any age.
