In just a few minutes a narrow winding road takes you from the lively boulevard to Casa Palmeras. The house got his name from the two giant palm trees on the big terrace. It is located in the quiet neighborhood of Fuentes de Amuñecar. Playing kids on the streets and around the pools create the relaxed Spanish atmosphere that we love.

The house has three floors. This results in a roomy floorplan that provides enough privacy even for two families to use the house together. New and high-quality furniture, decoration and the best beds of Andalucia make you feel at home at once.

Facilities

Casa Palmeras has air-conditioning, heating, fans in all bedrooms and free wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped with Nespresso-machine, dishwasher, fruit juicer, toaster and quality cooking-pans. Music is via JBL Bluetooth speaker.

Two big pools, plenty of sunbeds and a vending machine for sodas and beer are shared facilities.

House description

On the ground floor, a 40 square meter terrace is the heart of the house. From the hammock between the palm trees, you have views of mountains and the sea. A lounge-corner, built-in BBQ and diner-table for 8 make this terrace complete. Also on the ground floor is the big living-room with an open kitchen and a second balcony with views.

The first floor has two double bedrooms with big closets, a separate toilet and a washing-room.

On the second floor, the master bedroom takes up a lot of meters. It has big built-in lockers, an en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower, toilet and bidet. A big balcony with amazing views makes this room complete. On this floor, there also is a kids-bedroom with bunk beds.

The third floor has two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a toilet, shower and bath.
